Abstract
The aims of the present study were to compare a novel biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) with deproteinized bovine bone (DBB) for maxillary sinus floor augmentation in a split-mouth design and to perform a clinical follow-up of dental implants placed in the augmented sinuses.
